To support Texas Tech Athletics' growth as a rising Power 4 program, I led the design and development of a shared design system, including a unified Adobe Library, style guides, and onboarding best practices. Using Google's UX framework, I conducted user surveys and facilitated team design sprints to shape a refreshed visual direction, with rollout spanning social media, web, videoboard, Slate Teams templates, and more.
